Shipping Policy

Every Selaka piece is handmade in small batches in Bali and dispatched directly from our studio.

Online orders currently ship across Bali only, with delivery included in the product price — no separate delivery fee at checkout. We coordinate delivery with you via WhatsApp after the order is placed. For enquiries from outside Bali, see the International enquiries section below.

Because each piece is handmade, dispatch usually takes one to three business days after a confirmed order. Larger or made-to-finish pieces may take longer, and we will let you know if so. Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners; we share tracking details once your order is on its way.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, traffic, or other events outside our reasonable control. Selaka Bali is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

Online checkout is Bali-only. We do, however, take international enquiries case by case, based on destination, weight and courier options. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with the piece you're interested in and your delivery country, and we'll come back to you with a quote. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — any additional courier costs may be charged. Lost or damaged parcels are handled under our Refund Policy.
